In Friday’s edition of the Missourian, I was shocked, simply shocked (to steal a line from Casablanca) that the full City Council Agenda, complete with plain English Ordinance descriptions, was sitting there on page 4 (?), pretty as could be.
Those that follow my blog, know this is what I have asking for, for the last 2 months. And now…..it shows up pretty much like I asked. What a coincidence!
